The ideal candidate has experience from a similar role or has worked within sales in the beauty industry. You also have an engaging personality with a focus on both relationships and results. Role description

Our success is the result of hard, persistent and diligent work. To deliver a beauty experience above average for the customer is always our focus. In your role as a KAM, you are responsible for developing the LH cosmetics brand at all our retailers. You are reporting the Senior advisor/B2B manager of the company.

Your main area of responsibility:

  • Be the main contact person with our retail customers.

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient collaboration with the production and marketing teams in -house.

  • Responsible for Trade & marketing planning and all follow up of activities, sales, and budgets for our retail customers.

  • Reporting and analysis of all sell-in and sell-out numbers

  • Develop the collaboration with all retailers in all markets

  • Meet the organizations budget goals through sales targets

  • Actively run, negotiate and plan campaigns and marketing initiatives together with our retailers

  • Develop the LH cosmetics brand visibility at current retailers

Your profile
 

You most likely have experience from similar work within the beauty industry or related industry. You are driven and used to working independently based on a budget with clear sales targets. You describe yourself as a sharp negotiator with a strong focus on developing customer relationships. With your analytical ability, enthusiasm, drive and social competence, you build trust with our customers. As the role is wide and includes contact with several stakeholders, it presupposes that you are a good communicator, structured in your work and professional. We emphasize your personal profile where the ability to structure and operate several parallel activities is important. You can prioritize, make independent decisions, are quality conscious and organized.

You know the importance of always being one step ahead, while at the same time you thrive in an environment that is constantly changing and prestige less.

The role requires excellent communicative skills is Swedish and English, both verbally and written. You have very good skills in MS Office – mainly Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

Other

The contract is a permanent employment with a trial work period of six months.

Start date immediately according to agreement at our headquarters at Katarinavägen 20 in Stockholm. Deadline for application: 31/3. We practice continuous selection.
