Role description

Our success is the result of hard, persistent, and diligent work. To deliver a beauty experience above average as our customer is always our focus. In your role as social media coordinator, you are responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing engaging content on the company’s social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for audience and engagement growth on our social media platforms. You are reporting to the Marketing & PR manager of the company.

Your main area of responsibility:

▸ Develop ideas, plan, produce and publish engaging content on our social media platforms based on our marketing strategy and campaign calendar.

▸ Maintain brand voice across the different social media platforms.

▸ Maintain and strengthen our brand community.

▸ Research social media trends.

▸ Measure, analyze and report the performance of the social media platforms.

Your profile

You most likely have an experience from similar roles. You are creative and have lots ofideas when it comes to creating inspiring content that engages and converts. You lovesocial media and are up to date on all trends. It’s easy for you to understand what’s “onbrand” and you have an eye for image and video. You can prioritize, make independent decisions, are quality conscious and organized. You know the importance of always beingone step ahead, while at the same time you thrive in an environment that is constantlychanging and prestige less.

Qualifications

▸ Experience in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest.

▸ Skills and previous work experience in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent.

▸ Excellent communicative skills in Swedish and English

▸ Experience in photography and editing is a bonus.

Other

The contract is a permanent employment with a trial work period of six months. Start date immediately according to agreement at our headquarters at Katarinavägen 20 in Stockholm. Deadline for application: We practice continuous selection. 19th of March.
