Open position: Junior E-commerce specialist

We are now looking to expand our marketing team with an engaged and forward-thinking Junior E-commerce specialist with a true doer mentality.

Role description
Our focus is to give our customers a beauty experience beyond expectations, this also includes our marketing and shopping experience. In your role as Junior E-commerce specialist, you will work together with our e-commerce and marketing teams to improve and drive our digital sales. In addition to ensuring that our website is up-to-date, you will also be working with optimization of site content, SEO and e-commerce to drive sales.

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute, and update the company’s e-commerce platform to ensure seamless functionality and a superior user experience.
  • Track and analyze budgeting and KPIs to meet sales related targets and drive online improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives focusing on e-commerce
  • Be the company’s go-to-person in questions related to website, both front-end and back-end

Requirements and skills

  • Relevant education and/or experience within e-com
  • Self-going and trustworthy
  • Pro-active, problem-solving attitude and a doer-mentality
  • Eager to learn and face challenges with enthusiasm
  • Early adapter and ahead of the latest digital trends
  • Technology proficiency as the work relies heavily on technical tools and systems
  • Sales-driven and enjoy working towards set targets and KPI's.
  • Proven track record of working in Shopify and/or other e-commerce solutions 
  • Knowledge and experience in SEO and experience with Google Analytics
  • Good skills in MS Office, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Passion for beauty is a bonus

The contract is a permanent employment with a trial period of six months.
