Open position: Sales coordinator B2B

We are looking for someone who has some experience as sales coordinator or similar, that thrives by having multiple projects going on and is looking to learn and develop within the field of B2B sales and after sales.
Role description
As a Sales coordinator you will be responsible for the handling of our orders B2B. You will have close contact with the warehouse as well as the retailer. You will be our B2B customer’s go-to person in any question regarding their orders. Furthermore, you will be the one handling the administrative tasks concerning our B2B sales, such as updating the relevant files and compile material for presentations and reports.
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handle and process incoming orders B2B
- Administration of orders B2B
- Update prices and changes in systems
- Handle and process testers for retailers in cooperation with KAM and Retail Training Coordinator
- Order and handle all inserts and logistics for our tester stands
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Handle some of the B2B retailers
Requirements and skills
- 1-2 years’ experience from similar position
- KAM or AM education is meritorious
- Passion for service as well as building and maintaining relationships
- Self-going and trustworthy
- Pro-active, problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Structured and an excellent multitasker
- Organized and result-driven
- Very good skills in MS Office, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Passion for beauty is a bonus

The contract is a permanent employment with a trial period of six months.
