GENERAL

These terms & conditions apply to all sales that are made through www.lhcosmetics.com, 559049-6294 (LH Cosmetics), and will have precedence over any deviating general or specific conditions or terms. No waiver or modification of these terms & conditions shall be effective, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of LH Cosmetics.

If you are under 18 years of age you have to have permission by your guardian before ordering from us. All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices on products are inclusive of VAT for purchases made from within the European Union and exclusive of VAT for all other countries. Prices for shipping are always inclusive of VAT.

LH Cosmetics will make an assumption regarding your preferred currency based on your geographical location and will show all prices and fees using this currency. You are at all times able to change this preferred currency.

At check-out a summary of all fees, taxes, cost of shipping and method of payment are clearly shown and you are presented with a total price for your purchase. All payments are made in Swedish krona (SEK, kr) and this amount is clearly shown below the total amount of the price summary in your preferred currency at the final step of check-out.

Please note that for countries outside the European Union there may be additional local charges such as taxes and customs fees to be paid by the customer. You can pay for your LH Cosmetics products with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

DISCOUNT AND COUPONS

Any campaigns or price reductions are applied by presenting a coupon code at check-out.

DELIVERY

We strive to have all our items in stock. Should we be unable to fulfil the agreed delivery date then we will contact you. Should the package not arrive please inform us within 21 days of the order date. You can cancel your purchase at no cost if we do not meet the terms of delivery. Your package may be delayed during national holidays, festivals or transport disruptions. Note that changes in delivery may occur during the weekends.

RETURN POLICY

LH Cosmetics return period is 21 days. LH Cosmetics shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. LH Cosmetics will pay to send replacement products and/or services.

In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with a significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day LH Cosmetics have informed you about the product.

You do not qualify for our return policy if:

  • The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.

When returning a product/service:

  • You are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered.
  • You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

EXCHANGES

If a product is defective due to manufacturing problem or if we have delivered the wrong product, of course you have the right to return the product to us. We will compensate you for your expenses for returning the product to us. We will replace the product to a new product, but if the product is out of stock we repay you the amount. Please note that we don’t refund the original shipping cost.

PRIVACY POLICY & COOKIES

When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with LH Cosmetics privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (1998:204) you have the right to know the information LH Cosmetics have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed.

We use cookies on this website to enhance your experience. Cookies identify your computer and allow, among other things, that the website will remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used to collect statistical data. You can set your browser to notify you when a website uses cookies. This allows you to refuse the use of cookies or set your browser to erase cookies at the end of your visit. You cannot shop at our online store if you choose to disable cookies.

COLORS AND PICTURES

Despite efforts to display the color of products as close to reality as possible, LH Cosmetics cannot guarantee that what appears at your screen will depict the colors of products in real-life. Such differences will occur depending on the type of screen that you use.

FORCE MAJEURE

LH Cosmetics is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
