We are now looking for an efficient, organized and relationship-oriented Mood & service manager to join our LH cosmetics team.
The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day will offer new challenges and opportunities. We believe that you are motivated by finding new solutions, building strong relationships with our customers as well as partners and colleagues. In this role you will be heading our customer service, supervising the logistics and be motivated doer of the office.
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Head of customer service
- Answering emails from clients in regard to return/exchanges and reclamations
- Secure a professional and warm tone throughout all communication
- Handling logistics and shipping
- Office management
- Buy food and amenities to the office
- First point of contact for cleaning company, leasing manager etc.
- Plan and execute internal kick-offs/Christmas party etc.
- Assist in external events and other activities
- You will be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring that the workplace atmosphere is vibrant and creative
- Onboarding for new recruitments
- Administrative star
- Assist with presentations and the material for presentations
- Assist CEO/Finance in administrative/financial tasks
- Superuser of our administrative systems
- Be able to assist LH cosmetics different departments in variating assignments
Requirements and skills
- Passion for service as well as building and maintaining relationships
- Self-going and trustworthy
- Organized and detail oriented
- Pro-active, problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Excellent multitasker
- Skills to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft-package
- Good knowledge of Microsoft package
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Passion for beauty is a bonus

The contract is a permanent employment with a trial period of six months.
