Open position: Marketing manager

We’re in an exciting phase and are looking to enhance our marketing team with a creative and result-driven Marketing Manager.

In this role you will work close to our CEO and product team, while you lead the marketing team with the opportunity to make a real impact on our brand going forward.
Role description
Our focus is to give our customers a beauty experience beyond expectations, this includes everything from product to content and communication. In your role as Marketing Manager you will be the lead, together with the rest of our team, in finding new creative ways to express our brand and values through different marketing initiatives.
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Lead the marketing team in various tasks related to
- Marketing initiatives
- Social media
- Photo shoots
- Events
- Set and follow up the marketing strategy for our existing products and new releases
- Manage and/or assist in ad hoc projects
Requirements and skills
- Self-going and trustworthy
- Organized and detail oriented
- A genuine love for creative and engaging marketing
- Pro-active, problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Result-oriented with the ability to analyze and improve directions of activities
- Very good skills in PC, MS Office, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Face challenges with enthusiasm
- Experience from inhouse marketing and reporting
- Passion for makeup and an enthusiastic user of cosmetics is a plus

The contract is a permanent employment with a trial period of six months.
