These terms & conditions apply to all sales that are made through www.lhcosmetics.com, and will have precedence over any deviating general or specific conditions or terms. No waiver or modification of these terms & conditions shall be effective, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of LH cosmetics.
We reserve the right to, at any time, make changes to our Terms and Conditions. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted online.
If you are under 18 years of age you have to have permission by your guardian before ordering from us, as per the Swedish Parental Code. All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police.
By placing an order at lhcosmetics.com, you approve of the current terms and conditions stated below and you certify that all information you have submitted is correct.

"PRICE AND PAYMENT"
Prices on products are inclusive of VAT(tax) for purchases made from within the European Union and exclusive of VAT(tax) for all other countries. Prices for shipping are always inclusive of VAT.
LH cosmetics will make an assumption regarding your preferred currency based on your geographical location and will show all prices and fees using this currency. You are at all times able to change this preferred currency.
At check-out a summary of all fees, taxes, cost of shipping and method of payment are clearly shown and you are presented with a total price for your purchase. All payments are made in Swedish krona (SEK, kr) and this amount is clearly shown below the total amount of the price summary in your preferred currency at the final step of check-out.
Please note that for countries outside the European Union there may be additional local charges such as taxes and customs fees to be paid by the customer.
"DISCOUNT AND COUPONS"
Any campaigns or price reductions are applied by presenting a coupon code at check-out. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes may not be applied to, or combined with, other campaigns or offers.
We strive to have all our items in stock. Should the package not arrive please inform us. You can cancel your purchase at no cost if the order has not been sent yet. Your package may be delayed during national holidays, festivals or transport disruptions. Note that changes in delivery may occur during the weekends.

The following purchase conditions apply when you as a customer place an order from lhcosmetics.com. Agreement between you and LH cosmetics regarding the delivery of your ordered products occurs when you receive an order confirmation.
Changed your mind? No worries, just contact us as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving the products. The cost of shipping and handling is to be paid by the customer and we can only accept returns of products that are sealed, unused and where the casing is intact.
When an item/order is being returned the customer is responsible for ensuring a safe delivery. The item(s) need to be packed securely to ensure it arrives in good condition. Please use the original packaging, with the seal intact. Remember to send the order with a traceable shipping option as LH cosmetics will not issue refunds for orders that get lost. Also, make sure to mark the order thoroughly with your information so we know who the return is from.
When your order has been returned it will be processed and reviewed before being approved. Should there be any problems with the returned items we will get back to you via email.
All returns are to be notified in advance by emailing: email@example.com, where we’ll be able to guide you through the process and provide you with all the necessary information needed.
Unredeemed packages and orders that haven’t been delivered due to faulty information provided by the customer will be charged a fee that covers the shipping and handling costs that unclaimed packages entail. You as a customer are responsible for making sure that you provide us with the correct shipping information in order for the order to be delivered.
Should you notice that a mistake has been made, make sure to contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to sort it out in time.
The customer has the right to complain, this applies to errors such as manufacturing faults, other faults in the product that does not come from normal usage of the item as well as items that arrive damaged. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to correct any fault.
We might ask you to send pictures or other documentation of said damaged goods.
When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase, you are allowing LH cosmetics to store your information in order to fulfill our promise to you as our customer. In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we will delete all of your personal information after 1 year. We will not share or use this information, other than to ensure that our customers receive the best service, and to assure that products are delivered as planned. You have the right to know the information LH cosmetics has registered about you. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. By signing up to LH cosmetics newsletter you agree for us to save your e-mail address. This information will not be shared with a third party. You can at any time unsubscribe, or ask us to delete this information.
"COLORS AND PICTURES"
Despite efforts to display the color of products as close to reality as possible, LH cosmetics cannot guarantee that what appears on your screen will depict the colors of products in real-life. Such differences will occur depending on the type of screen that you use.
LH cosmetics is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
