These terms and conditions apply to all sales conducted through www.lhcosmetics.com and supersede any conflicting general or specific terms or conditions. No waiver or alteration of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of LH Cosmetics. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published online.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from your guardian before placing an order with us, in accordance with the Swedish Parental Code. Any fraudulent activities will be reported to the police.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Product prices include VAT for purchases within the European Union and exclude VAT for all other countries. Shipping prices always include VAT.
LH Cosmetics will automatically select your preferred currency based on your location and display all prices and fees in this currency. You have the option to change your preferred currency at any time.
At the checkout, a clear summary of all charges, taxes, shipping costs, and payment method is provided, along with the total purchase price. All payments are processed in Swedish krona (SEK, kr), with this amount prominently displayed below the total in your chosen currency at the final checkout step.
Please be aware that all international orders outside the EU may be subject to customs charges, import duties and or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as they are determined by your country’s government and beyond our control as a seller.
DISCOUNT AND COUPONSTo benefit from any promotions, price reductions or campaigns simply enter the coupon code at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes may not be applied to, or combined with, other campaigns or offers.
DELIVERY
Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. We strive to have all our items in stock. Our dedicated team is tirelessly working on enhancing and ensuring the effectiveness, safety, speed, and reliability of our transportation services.
Orders are expedited Monday through Friday and our aim is to ship the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped at earliest the following Monday. The estimated delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping method for your order. Within the EU, delivery typically ranges from 2 to 10 days. For international shipments, please anticipate a possible extension in delivery time.
RETURN POLICY
The following purchase conditions apply when you as a customer place an order from lhcosmetics.com. Agreement between you and LH cosmetics regarding the delivery of your ordered products occurs when you receive an order confirmation.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
UNREDEEMED PACKAGES
Unredeemed packages and orders that haven’t been delivered due to faulty information provided by the customer will be charged a fee that covers the shipping and handling costs that unclaimed packages entail. You as a customer are responsible for making sure that you provide us with the correct shipping information in order for the order to be delivered.
CLAIMS
The customer has the right to complain, this applies to errors such as manufacturing faults, other faults in the product that does not come from normal usage of the item as well as items that arrive damaged. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact friends@lhcosmetics.com and we will do our best to make things right.
We might ask you to send pictures or other documentation of said damaged goods.
PRIVACY POLICY & COOKIES
When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase, you are allowing LH cosmetics to store your information in order to fulfill our promise to you as our customer. In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we will delete all your personal information after 1 year. We will not share or use this information, other than to ensure that our customers receive the best service, and to assure that products are delivered as planned. You have the right to know the information LH cosmetics has registered about you. If the information is erroneous, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. FORCE MAJEURE
LH cosmetics is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs, or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
