Finance & Systems Coordinator

LH cosmetics is now looking for a structured and driven Finance & Systems Coordinator who wants to be part of the company’s continued growth journey.

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and become a key person within the organization, with great responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact. You will combine traditional finance tasks with system development, analysis, and process improvements in an entrepreneurial environment where ideas, initiative, and a fast pace are highly valued.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing accounting and monthly/year-end closing
  • Handle payroll, payments, and financial reporting
  • Work with budgets, forecasts, and financial follow-up
  • Be responsible for cash flow planning and analysis
  • Drive and improve systems and internal processes
  • Have overall operational responsibility for logistics and customer service

We believe you

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in accounting, financial closing, and payroll management
  • Are self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented
  • Thrive in a broad role with varied responsibilities
  • Have a strong interest in systems and enjoy improving ways of working
  • Are analytical and experienced in working with Excel
  • Have strong system skills, preferably in Fortnox
  • Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
  • Enjoy working in a fast-changing and entrepreneurial environment

  • Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period
  • Start date according to agreement, preferably as soon as possible
  • Location: Sankt Eriksgatan 119, Stockholm
