Role description
As Sales Manager B2B, you will lead our B2B sales team and our retail partners. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales performance to achieve company goals. Working closely with other departments and your sales team, you will ensure a seamless experience for our B2B clients while contributing to the growth of LH cosmetics in the ever so versatile beauty market. Your focus will be increasing sales at our existing retail partners and identifying new business opportunities. You will be working close to our retail partners where you will plan, manage and present trade marketing plans at six months interval.
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the beauty sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retailers to boost sales volume
- Collaborate with marketing, product development and logistics teams to create a seamless customer experience
- Analyze sales performance data and trends to optimize strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Set, manage and execute on trade marketing plan.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with retailers and partners
- Develop and oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Lead and support a growing team of sales professionals
Requirements and skills
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the beauty sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets as KAM or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a dynamic market
- An unpretentious salesperson to the core, you will engage in both strategic planning and operational execution
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Swedish and English.

The contract is a permanent employment with a trial period of six months.
