Duties & taxes
To make things simple, we’ve included all duties and import fees directly in our product prices.
This means no surprises at checkout or upon delivery — what you see is what you pay.

Shipping costs
• Standard shipping: $9.95
• Free shipping on orders over $100
• All U.S. orders are shipped with PostNord

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days.
We always aim to process your order the same day.

Returns
U.S. returns work as usual, but please note that the customer is responsible for all return costs, including shipping fees and any applicable duties or customs charges.

Please note: Because the product price includes all duties, that part isn’t refundable.
Your refund will reflect the product price excluding the added 15%.
